Payin intent failed

Webhook event triggered when a payin intent fails for good and there is nothing left to pay.

state_reason explains the cause: a payment token that never made it (key_registration_failed, payment_token_registration_failed), a dynamic QR whose payment the provider rejected (qr_code_rejected), or, on a method that does not re-arm attempts (PSE), the reason of the payment that failed, under the same name the payin reports (e.g. payer_insufficient_funds, provider_unavailable).
