Payin failed

Webhook event triggered when a payin fails: the payment was not completed after the payin was accepted, or the payin could not be processed.

state_reason carries the cause: why the payment failed at the payer's bank or at the rail (e.g. payer_insufficient_funds, payer_did_not_complete, breb_timeout), a provider or system fault (provider_unavailable, internal_error, lock_timeout), or unknown.
