Outgoing transfer successful

Webhook event triggered when an outgoing transfer completes successfully.

This is the terminal state indicating the transfer was processed successfully by the Bre-B provider. Even when the tenant has person data masking enabled (mask_person_data), this event delivers the creditor's full_name and document_number in full, so the tenant can reconcile who it paid; creditor_account.number stays masked. The same applies to outgoing_transfer.reapplied.
