Card reconciliation

Webhook event triggered when a card transaction is reconciled.

It is sent for every reconciled transaction (a purchase, a withdrawal, a force debit or a refund), whether or not the reconciliation changes its amounts. The previous_values field contains the amounts right before the reconciliation.
